The Holy Spirit is the spiritual circuit of the Divine Minister. This circuit is confined to her local universe and defines its borders. In nature, it is above and beyond the seven adjutant mind spirits. For mortals, the Holy Spirit is the initial bestowal of supermind. It endows spiritual reason, soul intelligence, and the capacity to choose the spiritual presence of the Thought Adjuster. See Paper 34. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is partly independent of a person’s attitude and partially conditioned by their cooperation; it is more effective in spiritualizing those who obey divine leadings.
