The Alpheus twins (James and Judas), were fishermen of Kheresa. They were the ninth and tenth apostles selected individually by James and John Zebedee, and were assigned to the management of the multitudes. They returned home after Jesus’ death and did not participate further in the dissemination of his teachings.
