Dalamatia was the city of the Planetary Prince, Caligastia and his 100 staff. It was situated in the Persian Gulf region of Mesopotamia (Iraq) about 500,000 to 200,000 years ago and served as a center of learning and training for the mortal races. It was completely destroyed after the Lucifer rebellion.
