The seven psychic circles, or cosmic circles, are seven levels of human growth or mortal maturity, which have to do with personality status, mind attainment, soul growth, and Adjuster attunement. They are related to God-consciousness as well as a consciousness of the Supreme Being and universe citizenship. If not attained while on earth, they are pursued on the mansion worlds.
