The master universe has successive space levels, ranging outward from Havona to the superuniverses and far beyond to the four outer space levels. The seven superuniverses are one space level (the first post-Havona level). Space levels are separated by quiet space zones. A space level thus functions as an elliptical region of motion surrounded on all sides by relative motionlessness.
