Splandon is one of the ten major sectors of the superuniverse of Orvonton, to which our local universe, Nebadon, belongs. Its capital sphere is Umajor the fifth. Like all major sectors, it is presided over by three Perfections of Days. The work of major sector governments has chiefly to do with intellectual status of creation.
