Technical Advisers are the legal and technical minds of the spirit world. Supernaphim and omniaphim form the nucleus of this group, but subsequent advisers are recruited from an array of beings, from supernaphim to ascending mortals. They serve in groups of seven and are dedicated to the work of preventing delay, facilitating progress, and counseling achievement.
