Universe Circuit Supervisors are concerned with the circuits of relative spiritual energy and the circuits essential to the maintenance of morontia beings and highly developed spiritual beings. They are not concerned with the realms of purely physical or material energy, which is the domain of the Universe Power Directors. But all four orders are subject to the Supreme Power Directors.
