Constellations are spatial units of a local universe. There are 100 constellations in each local universe, and each constellation consists of 100 local systems of inhabited planets. Our constellation is Norlatiadek and it is located in the local universe of Nebadon. Constellations are autonomous, legislative units ruled by the Most Highs. On the central worlds of the constellation, ascending mortals learn social skills, improved ethics, and universe administration.
