Constellations are spatial units of a local universe. Each local universe has 100 constellations, and each constellation contains 100 local systems of inhabited planets. Our constellation is Norlatiadek, located in the local universe of Nebadon. Constellations are autonomous, legislative units ruled by the Most Highs. On the central worlds of the constellation, ascending mortals learn social skills, improved ethics, and universe administration.
