The Most Highs are three Vorondadek Sons who preside over and administer each constellation in a local universe. They include the Constellation Father and two associates, a senior and a junior. They are commissioned by Gabriel to “rule in the kingdoms of men.” The Most Highs are concerned with the activities of social groups (national, racial, and political) rather than individuals.
