Andrew

Andrew, the first chosen apostle, was Peter’s brother and once a disciple of John the Baptist. He was the chairman and director general of the twelve—a man of clear insight, logical thought, and firm decision, whose great strength of character consisted in his superb stability. After bringing many thousands into the kingdom, he was finally apprehended and crucified in Patrae in Achaia.
