Herod Agrippa

Herod Agrippa (the first) was the grandson of Herod the Great who ruled over parts of Judea, Galilee, Perea, and Batanea (see map) after the death of Philip the Tetrarch and the fall of Herod Antipas. He reigned from AD 37 to 44. He was responsible for the execution of the apostle, James Zebedee.
