Isaiah was a Hebrew prophet. There were two Isaiahs. The first preached the eternal nature of God, his infinite wisdom, and his perfection of reliability. The second Isaiah continued these teachings but was more influential. No religious teacher from Machiventa to Jesus attained the high concept of God proclaimed by the second Isaiah. Chapters 40-55 of the Book of Isaiah are attributed to the second Isaiah. See Paper 97.
